A super easy and tasty Tuna salad or more a spread for a sandwich actually. This recipe is gluten free and dairy free. Perfect for the weekend!
Ingredients:
– one can of tuna
– home made mayonnaise
– one small pickle (preferrably the ones without sugar added)
– sundried tomatoes (to taste, I usually take one or two)
– pepper
– salt
Mix the tuna with about 3-5 tablespoons of home made mayonnaise. Use a fork for this. It will make your life easier 😉 Mix until it looks like this:
Finely chop the pickle and the sundried tomatoe(s) and stir this into the mayonnaise-tuna mixture.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. There, it’s done already! And really very tasty!
